IHFA CPD Training for Health & Fitness Volunteers
The International Health and Fitness Association (IHFA) is conducting a structured CPD training programme for Health & Fitness Volunteers to support ActiveSchool® – Student Health, Fitness Assessment & Wellness activities.
The training is designed to provide volunteers with essential practical knowledge and field-support skills required during student health and fitness assessment activities. It covers basic health screening procedures, student measurements, physical fitness assessment, documentation, data recording, and appropriate support during school-based assessment activities.

Role of Trained Volunteers
Trained volunteers will support qualified healthcare, fitness, and physical education professionals during student health screening and fitness assessment activities at participating schools.
Their role will include assisting with basic measurements, assessment procedures, documentation, data recording, and on-site coordination, under appropriate professional supervision.
The programme aims to strengthen the capacity of trained volunteers to contribute effectively to structured student health, fitness assessment, and wellness activities through the ActiveSchool® initiative.
